Ben is a writer and director working in the fields of drama, documentary and commercials.
Over the last decade his work, featuring a diverse range of talent including Brooke Shields, Ed Byrne, John Simpson and Steve Buscemi, has received EMMY, Grierson, RTS and BAFTA nominations and awards.
Broadcasters of his films include BBC, Channel 4, Sky, National Geographic, NBC and NETFLIX.

Tibo is a film producer working across Britain and France in fiction and advertising. He is the founder of Sweetdoh! a production company behind a slate of short films that have screened and been awarded at festivals including Palm Springs, Galway Fleadh, Raindance, Sundance London and Encounters.
His shorts have been funded by Creative England, BFI Network, and have featured on Vimeo Staff Picks and Vice. They have sold to Canal+, ARTÉ and Shorts International for worldwide distribution.
KEN ROSS

Ken is the executive producer of three feature films including the multi-award winning, MY FERAL HEART.
A Trustee for Portsmouth Down Syndrome Association, Ken is dedicated to promoting inclusion for people with Down syndrome in all walks of life and is currently working with BAFTA, NHS, UCL, NTU and with Parliament to make positive changes happen in many areas.

Owen made his directing debut in 2014 with the feature documentary STILL THE ENEMY WITHIN about the 1984/85 Miners Strike. Critically acclaimed, with the Guardian calling it ‘as gripping as a thriller’ – the film went on to win a prestigious Sheffield International Documentary Award and Focal Award, be Grierson nominated, screened at BAFTA, and inducted by the BFI as a film of historic importance.
Since then, Owen has directed a number of prime-time television series for BBC ONE, CHANNEL 4 and NETFLIX, most recently working with the Oscar winning makers of SENNA and AMY.
